Syracuse football recruiting: Class of 2018 RB Jawhar Jordan Jr. commits to SU

Jordan Jr. is the eighth commitment in SU head coach Dino Babers' 2018 recruiting class.

Jawhar Jordan Jr., a Class of 2018 running back, committed to Syracuse Wednesday night via a tweet. He is the second running back SU has picked up in the last week, as the Orange added Akeem Dixon last Wednesday.

Jordan Jr. has three stars, per 247sports.com, and measures 5 feet 10 inches and weighs 160 pounds. Jordan Jr. had 11 other offers, including from Arizona, Iowa State and Oklahoma State.



Playing for Hamilton (Arizona) High School, Jordan Jr. runs a 4.48 40-yard dash, per his Hudl profile. The back is the eighth commitment in SU head coach Dino Babers’ 2018 recruiting class. Track the rest of the 2018 class here.
